With 32 years of experience in education — including 25 in leadership — Miki brings a deep understanding of how to guide people, progress, and programs. She began her career in Rockdale County Public Schools at the middle and high school levels, was a founding faculty member of Rockdale Career Academy, and later became an enthusiastic leader in the College and Career Academy movement. She was honored to be a part of launching the Georgia College and Career Academy Network and served as its founding Chair, helping other school systems develop their own academies. Before retiring from public education, Miki most recently served as principal and CEO of Morgan County High School: A Georgia College and Career Academy.

Miki is passionate about community and believes in the power of connection and teamwork. Her greatest joy comes from watching others grow, thrive, and reach their potential.

Mack and Ria Story provide motivational speaking, leadership development training, coaching, and consulting. They have published more than 30 books on personal growth and leadership development and are often featured keynote speakers at conferences and seminars. 

Regardless of the topic or audience, Mack and Ria most often speak and teach together providing their audiences a much more dynamic, humorous, and engaging experience. 

Mack and Ria developed and launched the very popular Blue-Collar Leadership® brand in 2016. Blue-Collar Leadership® is uniquely designed content specifically created to engage and develop the often overlooked and underdeveloped front line blue-collar workforce and those who lead and support them. Mack has published six books in the extremely popular Blue-Collar Leadership® Series.
